SecureShare stores account, organization, billing-reference, and file metadata required to deliver the service.

File objects are stored via SFTPGo-backed storage and may be processed for security, auditing, and delivery. We retain security audit events to detect abuse and ensure compliance.

We do not expose Cloudflare R2 credentials to client applications. Access is issued via short-lived server-generated URLs.
