This Privacy Policy explains how Secure Share collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the Service. Secure Share is operated by Reecenben, Inc.

- Account data: user ID, email, role, and organization association.
- Subscription data: customer and subscription references from billing providers.
- File metadata: filename, MIME type, storage path, size, and lifecycle state.
- Usage and security logs: audit events, IP metadata, and operational diagnostics.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide core service functions, including secure streaming and expiring share links.
- Enforce tenant isolation, feature access controls, and abuse prevention.
- Maintain billing status and entitlement checks for subscription-gated features.
- Support incident response, security audits, and legal compliance requirements.
3. Storage and Security
File objects are stored using our S3-compatible storage backend. Access is brokered through short-lived server-issued URLs. Cloud credentials are not exposed to client-side applications. We use role-scoped access patterns, audit logging, and organization-level data partitioning.
4. Data Sharing
We share data with service providers only where required to operate the platform, including infrastructure, billing, and security tooling. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and operational records for as long as necessary to provide services, satisfy legal obligations, and resolve disputes. File retention is controlled by your workspace governance and link expiration policies.
6. Your Rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. Requests should be submitted through authorized organization administrators or official corporate legal channels.
7. International Transfers
If data is processed across regions, we apply contractual and technical safeguards appropriate for enterprise transfers and regulatory obligations.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Updated versions are effective upon posting.
Annex A - US State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain US states may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain portability of personal information, and to opt out of specific processing activities where applicable. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined in applicable state privacy laws.
Authorized agents may submit requests on behalf of data subjects where legally permitted and properly verified.

For data subjects in the EEA and UK, Reecenben, Inc. acts as a controller for account and operational personal data processed to provide Secure Share. Typical legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, and service integrity), and legal obligations.
Subject rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability.
Where required, international transfers are safeguarded using appropriate transfer mechanisms, including standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
